Machining is carried out on advanced equipment from top industry brand names like HAAS, Hardinge, Index and DMG. Our vertical and horizontal machining centers featuring 3-, 4-, 5-axes and CNC controlling allow us to achieve tolerances up to ±0,01mm. Workpieces can be milled in lengths up to 762mm, widths up to 406mm, and heights up to 508mm. Turning can be provided for parts up to 540mm in diameter and 800mm long, and bar feed up to 65mm in diameter. We work with a wide variety of metals, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, copper and other materials such as plastics, composites, fiberglass.
